However to receive a larger wheeled bin, 35 or 65 gallons, you may call the Town of Winfield at 662-2665 or stop in the Town Hall to request one. How much does the Town charge for the wheeled bins? They are FREE to residents due to a county grant received for recycling programs. How many bins can I have? Only one per residence. Can I exchange my 35 gallon for a 65 gallon bin if I find I need more space? Yes, at any time you can exchange your bin for a different size.
